Base prices for weight class
1 through 6 weight fly rods = $400
7 through 10 weight fly rods = $425
11wt and up, all Spey rods = $475
Rod Blanks
House Blank = $150 to $250, Ask for specific pricing per weight class and action.
Ask about other blanks like Sage, Winston, ext. It might cost less than you think!
Custom Cork Work
$20 base price for all custom cork work on weight models 1 through 6. 3 inches of custom work.
$30 base price for all custom cork work on weight models 7 and higher. 4 inches of custom work.

Up to 10 inches of cork included in base price, $4 for each additional inch.

$10 for each additional ½ inch section of customized cork work.

Each half inch section must have additional work performed to be considered "customized".
All Emerge fly rods are built with the best cork available. We take extreme pride in knowing our handles are the finest out there.
All Portuguese cork is rated as AAAA+ Flor Grade or higher, this assures your rod will always have a strong high quality handle.
For all special inquiries not detailed above, additional calculations will need be assessed. All fly rod purchases must go through our pricing guide before any discounts can be applied to the final sale price. The above pricing guide is a basic way of calculating prices for all custom fly rods, this assures that each rod is properly priced and assures you get an honest price for all personalized purchases.
